Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for your request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the box before shipping it back to our facility.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
